Randolph Lewis is an accomplished commercial real estate broker with over 25 years of experience and part of a legacy that spans four generations in the real estate industry. Randolph began his career in Houston, Texas where he gained hands-on experience in construction and property management. In 2004, he moved to New York City and joined Quest Commercial Real Estate. By 2008, he had established his own brokerage firm, successfully combining his technical background and real estate expertise.

In 2016, Randolph joined AKAM’s commercial brokerage arm, also known as The Ashtin Group, where he has become an invaluable asset specializing in retail and office leasing, investment sales, and parking garage transactions. His comprehensive knowledge of the industry has enabled him to close deals totaling over seven million square feet across multiple states, including New York, Texas, Colorado, Maine, Florida, and New Hampshire.
