Loreto Kudera, originally from the Philippines, came to New York in 2001 and made it his home. Since 2008, he has lived in Tudor City, a historic building in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, and has come to value both the city’s beauty and accessibility.

Before becoming a real estate agent, Loreto practiced immigration law, helping many clients, primarily from the Philippines, achieve legal status and pursue their American dreams. He also served on the learning and development team at a large construction company and as a healthcare recruiter for a healthcare company, collaborating with diverse teams. Among his most notable achievements, was his help in organizing a global foundation, which was supported by friends in the United States and abroad.

Eventually, Loreto found his way into the real estate industry and has spent his career working for companies like Red Sparrow Realty, Compass, and now AKAM. Loreto is passionate, diligent, and dedicated to helping others find their dream homes in America.
