An accomplished leader across New York City’s real estate landscape and Senior Vice President of AKAM’s residential brokerage division, Linda has been an industry champion for over 25 years. Before joining AKAM, Linda launched her real estate career managing a prestigious portfolio at Douglas Elliman Gibbons & Ives, where she eventually became the firm’s first female vice president in 1980. She also previously served as Senior Vice President of Management & Development Services at Gumley Haft, Inc., Senior Vice President of Brown Harris Stevens, and Brokerage Director at Charles H. Greenthal Corp.

Linda’s comprehensive knowledge of property management — including leasing and sales, taxes and regulations, board negotiation, maintenance, and finance — sets her apart from her peers. As AKAM’s principal broker, Linda brings these invaluable insights and a strong management background to the table. From successfully matching clients with exceptional properties to navigating the complex process of applications with ease, Linda supports her clients to the fullest extent throughout their real estate journey.

Linda is a licensed and registered New York State real estate broker and member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) where she serves on the Residential Management Council. A New York City native, she earned a degree from Marymount College and pursued further business and management studies at the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate. She currently resides in Manhattan where she pursues an active interest in architecture and a love of the theater.
