Born and raised in Manhattan, Bernard Gawley is a third-generation New York Real Estate Broker and Real Estate Professional with over a decade of experience in the industry. He has built a strong track record of success, closing more than $120,000,000 in transactions and earning recognition as a top-performing broker at both his former firm and at AKAM. 

Bernard has represented buyers and sellers across some of the most notable condominiums and cooperatives in Manhattan and Brooklyn and has served as the on-site agent for one of Manhattan’s largest residential developments. He also specializes in townhomes throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn, successfully handling multiple multifamily property sales. 

His success is driven by a deep understanding of the New York City market, paired with hands-on expertise in renovations and development, which allows him to guide clients through acquisitions and value-add opportunities with confidence. Outside of real estate, Bernard is an accomplished endurance athlete, having completed 23 marathons and ultramarathons.
